Papaya Drink

Posted by Annita on January 12, 2007

Papaya, which is considered to be one of the healthiest and nutritious fruit is often ignored by many people.Personally,I too hate this fruit, but on the other hand my kid loves it.This Papaya drink is his new favorite, the recipe is adapted from an old edition of  Vanitha magazine. It goes like..

Papaya Drink

Ripe papaya pulp – 1 cup
Honey – 3 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Cold Milk – 1 small glass

Blend all the ingredients together, and transfer it into a  glass.Top it with some whipped cream and serve immediately.

I’ll be trying this one also tommorrow as I’ve papaya in stock. I bought it to try it for my son but he doesn’t seem to like the taste of this fruit. Since this fruit has a high glycemic index, my hubby who is dieting now doesn’t want it either,I’ll have to finish it off myself somehow. This recipe sounds good, so will give it a try. Thanks Annita.

    If u love papaya,u’ll surely like it,Rg

  14. Good day! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog. Is it tough to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I’m thinking about creating my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any points or suggestions? With thanks

Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this blog.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times
it’s hard to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and visual appearance.
I must say that you’ve done a fantastic job with this.

In addition, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Opera.
    Superb Blog!
