This is a simple and spicy side dish served in small local restaurants in Kerala. It takes hardly 10 minutes to prepare this curry and so i prefer cooking it ,whenever i’m in a hurry.

    Annita,
thanks for the recipes. Apart from using your time, it is a great web community service. Absolutely love your site. My immediate future project is the Uzzunu vada, one that came out as balls the last time i tried and haven’t had the courage after that.

Anita, it is damn good. But may I tell you that adding half spoonful of fenugreek powder and a spoon of sugar at the end will enhance the taste a flavour.

    Anyway, congrats.

Thanks Satheesh…next time i’ll try it in your way…
